OFM Service Alert - HRMS GAP Files Incorrectly Sent to MFT

What is impacted?

Agencies accidentally received HRMS GAP files in MFT production that were supposed to go to MFT-TEST instead.

Who is impacted?

Any agency that received HRMS GAP files in MFT production dated 10/23/2025 for Report Period 09/2025.

How does this impact customers?

• No action is needed from agencies. 
• OFM has deleted the incorrect files that were sent to MFT. 
• Please disregard emails indicating you received a new MFT file on 10/23/25 at 6:43 p.m.

Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 6:43 p.m.

When did the incident end?

Friday, October 24, 2025 at noon

Reason for Outage:

OFM is investigating how this happened to prevent it from happening again. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
