What is happening?

HRMS and MyPortal will be unavailable on August 24 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Who will be impacted?

All HRMS and MyPortal users.

How will this impact customers?

  • Please save any changes and exit HRMS and MyPortal before 6 a.m. on 8/24/25.
  • HRMS and MyPortal will be unavailable during the maintenance window; however, it is possible the maintenance could finish sooner and the systems available earlier than 6 p.m.

When is this maintenance happening?

Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Why is this maintenance happening?

ESXi will be upgraded to 8.0.1 on the hosts in the HRMS cluster. ESXi is the VMware hypervisor used to deploy and run virtual servers. This maintenance will provide improved stability and compatibility.
