What is impacted?

Enterprise Reporting (ER) is experiencing degraded service.

Who is impacted?

Report Portal, BI Launchpad (WebI), WWA, FNS, SPS, CBS, ABS, RPM, TALS-AMR, and ABR users.

How does this impact customers?

Users may not be able to run reports until the issue is fixed.

When did the incident start?

Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 7:38 a.m.

Technical Notes:

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services is working to restore service.  OFM will communicate with users once the issue is fixed.  Ref:INC0164255
