New HRMS Action Reasons and New Task Type to Include New Data Definitions in F1 Help
The following Action Reason codes have been added to HRMS to accurately capture Bid Appointments:
- Appointment Change (U3) - applies to the following action types:
- Bid Award - Lateral (86)
- Bid Award - Upward (87)
- Bid Award - Downward (88)
The following Action Reason codes have been added to HRMS to allow changes made to a position to be carried over to the employee’s record:
- Appointment Change (U3)
- Change of Status (UJ)
These changes are a result of work by the HRMS Data Stewards to more accurately categorize and report actions.
The following Task Type has been added to HRMS on the Monitoring of Tasks (0019) infotype:
- Redaction Ind Review (46)
Revised HRMS Data Definitions in F1 Help
In addition to the new codes listed above, the following definitions were revised:
