Layoff Activity: HRMS Coding Tools and Resources

OFM has compiled some tools and resources to assist agencies processing layoff-related activity in HRMS. This new Layoff Activity Coding Resources document can be found on the HRMS Data Definitions web page and includes action reasons, absence types, reports, and helpful links that may be applicable when processing layoff activity in HRMS.
