Flexible Employee Data Report

OFM has identified and corrected an issue for multi-filled supervisor reporting impacting the following:

• Flexible Employee Data Report (ZHR_RPTPAN02)
• Washington State Learning Center Supervisor designation
• Time/leave systems for DOT, DSHS, and ECY

Reports and interfaces were not always displaying the correct supervisor based on the position holder default or priority setting to override the lowest personnel number in HRMS. This default can be overridden when necessary. Organizational Management processors should use the Multi-Filled Supervisor/MyPortal Approver Position - Copy and Update Record for multi-filled supervisor positions.
