October 25^th Payroll Warrant Delay

On October 29^th, OFM was notified by Department of Enterprise Services (DES) that the October 25, 2024 printed paychecks were not mailed to employees until the actual pay date (10/25/24) rather than two days prior, as is the standard practice. This means employees paid by printed check may have received their payroll after the pay date.

DES has identified the cause of this error and is working to ensure there are no future delays for payroll mailings. OFM is assessing the impact and will provide agencies with guidance for addressing any adverse impacts to employees.
