2025 Payroll Calendars

The State Employee and Board of Volunteer Fire Fighters payroll calendars for 2025 are now available on the HRMS Support Hub.

The calendars are available in both XLS (Excel) and PDF format. The XLS format is divided into JAN through JUNE 2025 and JULY through DEC 2025 views.

The calendars identify six weekends with potentially extended HRMS user lockout periods in 2025. MyPortal is not affected during system lockouts unless otherwise noted.

Import Payroll Calendars to Outlook

The 2025 Outlook Payroll Calendar Upload will be completed prior to the end of the calendar year and we will send an update to the commutation with information and instructions.
