New HRMS Earnings Statement Report
OFM is continually working to improve the tools and resources available to HRMS processers. We are excited to announce a new report ZHR_RPTPY711DL for users with Payroll type roles to view or print multiple employees Earning Statements within the same year.
When running the report, you will have the following Run Options to choose from:
- Test Mode: The recommended default when running the report. This option will list all earnings statements that you are authorized to view for the selected pay year.
- Display Earnings Statement: select this option to view report results for all pay periods in full detail.
- Save All Periods in 1 PDF File: select this option to save the report results for all pay periods in a single PDF file.
- Save 1 Period per PDF File: select this option to save the report results for each pay period as a separate PDF file.
- Save1 Period per HTML file: select this option to save the report results for each pay period as a separate HTML file.
The earnings statement(s) can also be saved to a location of your choice.
