The Service Portal is a single place for users to submit tickets, view their open or closed tickets, request services, check for system outages, and see upcoming maintenance.

We are excited to announce the following new options now available on the Service Portal home page:

  • Application Development – this option is for new development or enhancement requests. Initially this will be used by OFM and available for agency use later. For HRMS and MyPortal, please continue to use the HR Application Change Request
  • Hardware Requests – this option is for OFM/GOV use only.
  • Software Requests – coming soon and will be available for OFM/GOV use only.
  • System Access Requests – this option is to request access to an application or system.
  • Employee Changes – this option is for OFM/GOV use only (previously only available from the Service Catalog).
  • Other – this option is to submit a basic ticket (previously called Submit a Ticket).
  • Report an Incident – this option is to report an outage or service degradation.

By adding these new options on the portal home page, our customers have quick access to our most common request types, and by providing the information up front that we need to process the request successfully, we will be able to fulfill requests and resolve issues more efficiently. To see all forms available to you, select the OFM IT Service Catalog option from the home page.
