Service appears to have been restored around 9:30 a.m.  OFM has not received an update from WaTech to confirm that the issue has been fixed.  If you were impacted by this incident, please try again.  If there is still a problem, please submit a ticket to the OFM Help Desk.

What is impacted?

Microsoft is investigating reports of issues connecting to Microsoft services globally which is impacting some OFM applications.

Who is impacted?

OFM application users.

How does this impact customers?

Budget, Accounting, Statewide HR, and Enterprise Reporting application users may not be able to access or use an application until Microsoft resolves the incident.

When did the incident start?

Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 7 a.m.
