IMPACTS

If you have queries with the existing employee personal address fields from the Employee Personal Info dimension, you will need to update your queries to include the Address Type (Permanent Residence, Mailing, Out of State Work Location) in your filters.
Employee personal address fields are no longer available in the Grievance universe. If you have Grievance queries with the employee personal address, create a Merged Dimension with the WWA EDW Headcount and Personnel Actions universe to get the updated employee personal address information.
If you have queries with the Unemployment County or Unemployment County Code, they will automatically be renamed to Unemployment State - Worksite County and/or Unemployment State - Worksite County Code.

GENERAL NOTES REGARDING NEW/UPDATED FIELDS

Ensure you include the new Address Type field(s) with any of the employee address fields in the Employee Personal Info folder. If you do not use the Address Type field, you will get multiple lines with all employee personal addresses (Permanent Residence, Mailing, Out of State Work Location) without an identifier of which address type it is.
Recurring Payment / Additional Payment fields: Results will only bring in records where there is a value in the field. Consider creating a Merged Dimension when using these fields. In addition, indirectly valued wage type amounts will display a zero rather than the amount of the Recurring or Additional Payment amount on the respective Infotype in HRMS.
Tax Area - Residence / Tax Area – Work fields: Results will only bring in records where there is a value in the field. Consider creating a Merged Dimension when using these fields.
WWA Universe user procedures have been updated to include the new/updated fields (see respective Universe and Data Design documents for more information).
