Coming Soon: New MyPortal My Online Selections Tile to Allow for Online-only Forms W-2
On July 30, 2024, the Office of Financial Management will release a new My Online Selections tile in MyPortal that will allow an employee to opt-in to receiving an online-only version of their Forms W-2. If an employee selects the Online option, they will no longer receive a mailed form.
By default, the My Online Selections option will be set to On Paper and employees will continue to receive the paper forms unless they opt-in to online-only. They will also continue to be able to view their forms online regardless of their Online/On Paper status.
If an employee separates from state service and their My Online Selection option is set to Online, they will automatically be changed to On Paper upon their withdrawn status.
We will provide an Important Disclosure Information link for employees to view all required notification language if they opt-in to online-only Forms W-2.
A new user procedure will be available, and link provided, in the release communication.
