Wage Type 4584

HRMS has been enhanced with a new Wage Type:  4584 – SEIU, Dist. 1199 NW 1.8%

The new wage type is to support the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) new dues structure effective July 1, 2024. Dues Wage Type 4584 is calculated as 1.8% of an employee’s base wage rate based on their standard individual weekly hours (FTE). Overtime, shift differentials, certification pay, rest between shifts, and all other forms of premium pay are excluded from the wages used to calculate dues. The maximum amount for this wage type is $115 per month.
