REMINDER! Reporting will be unavailable during the SAP Business Objects upgrade starting on June 21 at 5 p.m. and ending on June 23 at 5 p.m.
Who will be impacted?
Users who run reports in Enterprise Reporting, Report Portal, BI Launchpad (Web Intelligence) and reports generated in FNS, SPS, CBS, ABS, RPM, TALS-AMR, ABR, PCHEES, CENEST, and WWA.
How will this impact customers?
Users will not be able to access the reporting environment or run reports during the upgrade.
Any reports scheduled to run during the maintenance window will run after the upgrade is complete.
When is this maintenance happening?
Friday, June 21, 2024 at 5 p.m. to Sunday, June 23, 2024 at 5 p.m.
Why is this maintenance happening?
Upgrading the environment is needed to keep it up to date and resolve some technical issues.
