What has changed since last update?

Service has been restored. Users should be able to login and run reports now.

Please do not rerun reports that are in pending. Only rerun reports that have a failed status. Reports in a pending status are currently being processed in the order they were received.

Reason for Outage:

An unexpected issue occurred during production server patching this weekend.

Enterprise Reporting (ER) is experiencing degraded service

Who is impacted?

Report Portal, BI Launchpad (WebI), and reports generated in FNS, SPS, CBS, ABS, RPM, TALS-AMR, ABR, PCHEES, CENEST, and WWA.

How does this impact customers?

Users may not be able to login or run reports.

When did the incident start?

Monday, April 8, 2024 at 6:14 a.m.
