HRMS Flexible Employee Data Report
A new field has been added to the Flexible Employee Data Report (ZHR_RPTPAN02), Field Selection section:
This selectable field will provide the manager or supervisor’s position number based off the Position to Position relationships (A002 Reports/B002 is line supervisor of) as they reflect on the employee's position. If the relationships are not maintained the report will display the Manager Position Number as blank.
Electric Car Charge Reimbursement Wage Type
A new wage type has been added to HRMS enabling agencies to refund employees for EV (electric vehicle) charging costs associated with state owned EVs. The wage type is 1537 – Elec Car Charge Reimb (Electric Car Charge Reimbursement) and it is available for use on the Additional Payments (0015) and Recurring Deductions/Payments (0014) infotypes. Payments using this new wage type will be charged to ES-S080 Motor Fuel – Alternative Fuels.
HRMS Release Information
This was a planned release of changes and improvements to HRMS based off the HRMS Release Management process and schedule. As we are continuously working on improvements to better assist and support our professional users, HRMS Releases take place two times a month.
