The BI Launchpad (WebI) is currently unavailable.

Who is impacted?

BI Launchpad (WebI) and Washington Workforce Analytics (WWA) users.

How does this impact customers?

Users will be unable to login or run reports from the BI Launchpad (WebI) until the issue is fixed.

When did the incident start?

Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 1:45 p.m.
