2024 Payroll Calendars
The State Employee and Board of Volunteer Fire Fighters payroll calendars for 2024 are now available on the HRMS Support Hub.
The calendars are available in both XLS (Excel) and PDF format. The XLS format is divided into JAN through JUNE 2024 and JULY through DEC 2024 views.
The calendars also have a new look to use color combinations for contrast accessibility.
The calendars identify six weekends with potentially extended HRMS user lockout periods in 2024. MyPortal is not affected during system lockouts.

Import Payroll Calendars to Outlook
2024 CSV files have been added to the HRMS Support Hub to allow users to import HRMS Payroll, AFRS, and/or ACFR calendars directly into your Outlook calendar.
The Outlook Payroll Upload Instructions link is available for selection in two locations on the HRMS Support Hub:
- Resources > Payroll Calendars
- Procedures by Functional Area > Basics
The import calendars are graciously provided to OFM by an independent agency annually.
There are seven different 2024 CSV calendars available for import depending on your role within your agency. Each calendar has a short description to aid in selecting the correct calendar for your needs. If you have questions or require assistance with importing the CSV file into your Outlook calendar, please work directly with your internal agency IT department.
