Visit the OFM Service Portal at https://ofmwa.servicenowservices.com/sp to view active outages or degraded service.

What is impacted?

Some OFM websites are down such as the HRMS Support Hub (https://support.hrms.wa.gov/) and searching for or accessing information the OFM website (https://ofm.wa.gov/).

Who is impacted?

Anyone attempting to access a website hosted with Pantheon and supported by WaTech Website Services.

How does this impact customers?

If you receive an error that the "Page could not be loaded", you may not be able to access the website or information until the issue is fixed.

When did the incident start?

Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 9:50 a.m.
