Wage Types
OFM has added a new wage type to HRMS:
- 1942 – AP REF75 Hvy Equip BasePy
For detailed use of this wage type as well as the final list of all wage types related to the Collective Bargaining Agreements and budget bills as passed legislature effective July 1, 2023, please review the 2023-25 Wage Types Final spreadsheet.
In addition to the new wage type, OFM has updated several wage types within HRMS to ensure proper processing. Please see the communication sent on Aug. 16 for more detail.
Personnel Administration Processor Role Update
OFM has updated the Personnel Administration (PA) Processor role to allow processors to see the Actions (0000) Infotype overview for employees that were previously employed at their agency and currently employed at a different agency. PA Processors can now see all actions for employees statewide in the Actions overview and display.
HRMS Release Information
This was a planned release of changes and improvements to HRMS based off the HRMS Release Management process and schedule. As we are continuously working on improvements to better assist and support our professional users, HRMS Releases take place two times a month.
