Job Announcement: OFM | HRMS Functional Analyst: Time, Leave, and MyPortal

The Office of Financial Management is excited to share a great opportunity, as we have an open recruitment for a HRMS Functional Analyst – Time/Leave Management/MyPortal position in the Information Technology Services Division (ITSD). This is an in-training opportunity so if you have little to no IT experience don’t let that discourage you from applying for this position. If you have had an interest in the IT side of HR/Payroll but never thought you would qualify this is the perfect opportunity for you.

We are looking for someone that has:

 3-5 years of end user experience in WA State Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) in Finance, Benefits, OM/PA, Time/Leave. 
Proficient understanding of HRMS modules and their interactions to include the payroll process.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to prioritize work and has excellent time management skills.
Someone who is detailed oriented and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. 

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support Time/Leave Management/MyPortal modules. This includes:

  • Develop and maintain the configuration for one or more modules within the statewide HR and Payroll system.
  • Provide Tier 3 technical production support to end users.
  • Provide maintenance and operations support.
  • Create and maintain system documentation and quality assurance.
