 Visit the OFM Service Portal at https://ofmwa.servicenowservices.com/sp to submit a ticket to the OFM Help Desk.
This is a reminder that agency 2022 Year End files are available to download using transaction SP01. These files will be available for review and download through January 31.
Downloading PDF Spools from SP01 (Output Controller)
To download spools created during the 2022 Year End Process:
- Go to transaction SP01 and enter the following criteria:
- Created By: enter an asterisk – example: *
- Date created: enter 01/06/2023 to 01/12/2023
- Title: enter asterisk, your agency Personnel Area, asterisk – example *1630*
- Then select the execute button.
3. Select the file to download, then click on the print with changed parameters icon.
4. To download the file, you will need to change the Frontend Printer to CutePDF writer or another PDF writer application and then select the print icon. Note: You may need to request a PDF writer from your agency’s network support services.
5. It will take a moment for the file to build and then you will be prompted on where to save and what to name the file.
