OFM ITS Planned Maintenance

Visit the OFM Service Portal at https://ofmwa.servicenowservices.com/sp for scheduled maintenance over the next 5 days.

What is happening?

HRMS and MyPortal will be unavailable Dec. 9 at 8 p.m. through Dec. 12 at 6 a.m. for 2022 HRMS Support Stack maintenance. WWA will not be refreshed as scheduled on Dec. 11.

Who will be impacted?

All HRMS, MyPortal, and WWA users

How will this impact customers?

HRMS and MyPortal will be unavailable to users over the weekend and WWA will not be loaded as scheduled on Sunday evening. While WWA will remain available for reporting, scheduled loads will not resume until the evening of Dec. 12.

Due to downtime, consider the following additional impacts:

  • Daily interface files (GAP files) sent to agencies will not process during the upgrade and will resume processing once the maintenance is completed.
  • MyPortal will be unavailable to all users for the maintenance period so you may consider notifying employees to plan accordingly.

Friday, December 9, 2022 at 8 p.m. through Monday, December 12, 2022 at 6 a.m.

Why is this maintenance happening?

To complete 2022 HRMS and MyPortal (Fiori) Support Stacks
