OFM Planned Maintenance – ER will be unavailable Sept. 9 at 5 p.m. to Sept. 11

Visit the OFM Service Portal at https://ofmwa.servicenowservices.com/sp for scheduled maintenance over the next 5 days.

What is happening?

Enterprise Reporting (ER) will be unavailable starting at 5 p.m. on Sept. 9 through Sept. 11 for a SAP Business Objects production environment upgrade.

Who will be impacted?

All customers using:

• Report Portal
• BI Launchpad (Web Intelligence) including WWA
• Reports provided within FNS, SPS, TALS-AMR, RPM, CBS, CENEST, and PCHEES

How will this impact customers?

Customers will not be able to logon or run reports during the maintenance window.

After the upgrade, the BI Launchpad (WebI) interface will have a dramatically different look and feel.

When is this maintenance happening?

Friday, Sept. 9, 2022 starting at 5 p.m. through Sunday, Sept. 11, 2022 at 5 p.m.

Why is this maintenance happening?

The current version of SAP Business Objects is reaching end-of-support from the vendor.
