Benefits Module is Live!
As you know, OFM has been working to update the HRMS Support Hub user procedures, and we are excited to announce the completion of the highly anticipated Benefits module. This new set of procedures will assist benefits processors in correctly processing benefits actions and updates.
Processing benefits entails an added challenge as HRMS processes benefit related items through payroll, but it is not the official system of record. Because of this, closing the loop on resources, appropriate contacts, and additional processing needs were carefully considered while creating these procedures. HRMS professional users who process benefits can find the new section by visiting the HRMS Support Hub and selecting Benefits listed under the Procedures by Functional Area.
Additional Updates
In addition to the release of the Benefits module user procedures, we’ve also updated the screen shots within the Procedures by Functional Area:
- Basics module
- Personnel Administration module
- Payroll module
- Labor Relations module
These updates were completed to gain consistency using the HRMS Belize theme. At this time, OFM will continue to provide instruction using the Belize theme.
