What has changed since last update?

The issue has been fixed and Higher Education institutions can now submit files for the SWHR database. If you submitted files and did not receive an email response, you will need to resubmit.

When did the incident end?

Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 2:52 p.m.

Reason for Outage:

Files could not be processed due to a server that became unresponsive after a recent update.

What is impacted?

Statewide HR files from Higher Education institutions are currently not being processed.

Who is impacted?

Higher Education institutions sending files for the SWHR database.

How does this impact customers?

SWHR data files are not processing for the 06/10/2022 deadline.

When did the incident start?

Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 9 a.m.
