What is impacted?

Washington Workforce Analytics (WWA) Enterprise Data Warehouse continues to have load challenges due to intermittent issues that are currently being researched. In addition, the BI Alert banners are still not displaying when users log into WebI so users will need to navigate to the alerts to stay up to date on communications. Instructions for navigating to the BI Alerts and identifying what dates are reflected in each reporting universe are included below.

All WWA users.

How does this impact customers?

BI Alerts will continue to be posted to WebI when a nightly load has failed; however, users must click on the Documents tab > My Documents > My Alerts to view BI Alert messages. Click the Received On column heading to sort messages by the most recent date.

Users may also run the WWA Load Status report to confirm when the last data load completed and what date(s) the universe data reflects. The report is located on the Documents tab under Folders > Public Folders > Washington Workforce Analytics Reports – Web Intelligence > UDT-001 – WWA Load Status:

Result: The last refresh date and data as of date are displayed for each universe (Note: You may have to select the report refresh button to display results):
