What is happening?

OFM will deploy an upgrade to the SAP Business Objects environment Nov. 12-14.

Who will be impacted?

User who run reports from the following applications:

  • Reporting Portal
  • BI Launchpad (Web Intelligence)
  • WWA
  • IT-PET
  • ABR, FNS, SPS, CBS, ABS, RPM, and TALS-AMR
  • PCHEES and CENEST

How will this impact customers?

Users will not be able to access reporting during the upgrade.

When is this maintenance happening?

Friday, Nov. 12, 2021 at 7 p.m. to Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021 at 5 p.m.

Why is this maintenance happening?

The upgrade is needed to bring the environment from 4.2 SP6 to 4.2 SP9.

Technical Notes:

This upgrade will fix instability and SFT truncation issues.
