OFM Service Alert - OFM Help Desk Phone Number - Restored

Update:

The OFM Help Desk phone number 360-407-9100 is now operational.

We were able to reroute the phone number to work for callers as a workaround until the incident that caused the issue is resolved.

This incident is due to a network provider outage impacting many remote locations including the 1500 Jefferson Building.
