Employee History Requests Process Change
Starting on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, the file you receive from OFM for an Employee History Request from PAY1 for the period of 1970 to 2006 will be sent to you in an Excel file. The employment history will be pulled from the database into an Excel spreadsheet which offers a more user-friendly format for you to work with the data.
Here is an example of the Excel file:
 For employment history after 2006, please use HRMS. If you are unable to get employment history from HRMS, please send an email to HeretoHelp@ofm.wa.gov or call 360.407.9100 to contact the OFM Help Desk for assistance.
