OFM is excited to announce the launch of the new eLearning “Introduction to HRMS Reports”, now available in The Learning Center (TLC). This is a brand-new course, not an update of a previously posted course.  The HRMS user community requested training on this topic and their feedback was integral in finalizing the course content. OFM is committed to meeting the HRMS user community’s training needs. The initial new eLearning offering, “OFM HRMS Basics” was added in August 2020 and work has already begun on the next new HRMS eLearning.

Introduction to HRMS Reports Content

The new Introduction to HRMS Reports course is available at no cost through The Learning Center (TLC) and is approximately two hours. It is recommended that HRMS users running reports or who want to know how to run reports take this course.

This course covers:

• Available reports
• Running reports
• Report data
• Reporting Tips

Course certificate available for printing upon completion of the course. Course participants are asked to complete the course evaluation before they exit the course. The feedback will be critical in the development of additional new HRMS courses. 

How to Access the Training

To find the course:

1. Go to The Learning Center (TLC)
2. Click on the My Training - Dashboard selection on the main page.

    3. Enter course title or code in the “What would you like to learn today?” search field.
