OFM has implemented the following changes and improvements to the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
HRMS – New Codes for Review Period
The following revisions were initiated by State HR Labor Relations and vetted with the HRMS Data Stewards to support Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) represented positions in accordance with Article 4.3B. The following codes should only be used for WFSE represented employees who transfer, demote, or elevate from outside their agency and must serve a review period or extend a review period.

HRMS Release Information
This was a planned release of changes and improvements to HRMS based off of the HRMS Release Management process and schedule. As we are continuously working on improvements to better assist and support our professional users, HRMS Releases take place two times a month.
