In response to WaTech’s upcoming Secure File Transfer (SFT) Upgrade, OFM has added an SFT User Guide to the HRMS Support Hub. The SFT User Guide can be found in the Resources section listed under Technical Resources.
Though WaTech hosts and supports SFT, the User Accounts beginning with “dop-“ are managed by OFM’s HRMS team. The new guide provides instructions for accessing Secure Transfers (ST), managing account settings, and SFT files (upload, download and deletion).
The SFT site will be upgraded by Sunday, September 13th from 7 a.m. to noon and will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Please note that the default browser will be changed and a new web end user interface will be presented to users for HTTP connections.
