OFM Planned Maintenance – HRMS Unavailable: Extended Payroll for Stack Preparation

What is happening?

OFM is extending payroll processing lockout following period 17 to make system copies in preparation for HRMS Support Stacks. As a result, HRMS will be unavailable to users the 1st weekend in September. WWA will not be refreshed as scheduled over the weekend and will be loaded as scheduled on the evening of Monday, September 7. This maintenance has no impact on MyPortal users; MyPortal will remain available.

Who will be impacted?

All HRMS users.

How will this impact customers?

HRMS will be unavailable to users Friday, September 4 from 8 p.m. through Monday, September 7 at 6 a.m.

Daily interface files (GAP files) will process as normal throughout the weekend, however payroll related reports will not be available until Monday, September 7.

When is this maintenance happening?

Friday, September 4 from 8 p.m. through Monday, September 7 at 6 a.m.

Why is this maintenance happening?

To prepare for upcoming HRMS Support Stacks.
