OFM has implemented the following changes and improvements to the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and MyPortal.

Human Resource Management System (HRMS)

• Enhancement of Pop-Up window upon opening HRMS:
• HRMS contains confidential data.
• Unauthorized access/disclosure prohibited by law.
• Activity subject to monitoring.

MyPortal

• Indirect Reports calendar added for viewing of teams within a manager’s organizational hierarchy structure.  

HRMS Release Information

This was a planned release of changes and improvements to HRMS based off of the HRMS Release Management process and schedule. As we are continuously working on improvements to better assist and support our professional users, HRMS Releases take place two times a month.
