In response to the Governor’s recent furlough directive, OFM has designated every Friday in the month of July as a furlough day, with the exception of the upcoming Independence Day weekend which moves our furlough to the preceding Thursday.
Please note, furlough days will impact our response time to HRMS and MyPortal users sending requests to HeretoHelp@ofm.wa.gov.

It is our utmost priority that our support remains as high as possible during these times but this will delay our response time for HRMS and MyPortal tickets. The earliest you will receive a response for non-outage related tickets will be the next OFM working day. Please continue to send any questions or report issues to HeretoHelp@ofm.wa.gov. To ensure uninterrupted payroll processing, outages will be supported on an emergency basis during this timeframe, so please do not hesitate to report them.
