advance of his State of the State address tomorrow, Jan. 9, Gov. Jay Inslee will introduce his proposed legislation to put a tax on carbon pollution from fossil fuels in Washington state.
Reed Schuler and Lauren McCloy, senior policy advisors to
the governor,
will discuss details of the proposal with reporters
