How the virtual job fair works
- Tell us what you're looking for.
Submit general information about your organization, your current job openings and any other relevant information that you would typically have available at a job fair.
You can specify the types of candidates you want in advance, and conduct live text, video and audio chats with job seekers during the event.
- Job seekers sign up.
We advertise widely. Job seekers register in advance online. During registration, they can upload their resumes.
- We'll give you the resources you need.
Preparation in advance of the event depends on the number of positions you are looking to fill. As soon as your virtual booth is created, you will get information, training resources and technical support to help you set up your booth. Learn more with this booth owner training video and guide.
- Use text, video and audio chat to connect with candidates at the job fair.
This virtual job fair uses Brazen technology's "conversational recruitment platform." This software allows recruiters to connect with multiple job seekers and conduct initial conversations using text or video chat.
Watch this video to get a better feel for how the virtual job fair works.
- We'll deliver job seeker information to you.
At the event, you will receive complete transcripts of every chat you had with job seekers. You will also receive those job seekers' resumes for follow up.
- We'll ask for feedback.
We will send you a post-event survey to get your feedback on how it went and your ideas for improvement.
