Join us the week of March 12 in sharing the impact you're making in our local communities every day through AmeriCorps! We'll be highlighting member stories and host sites on Facebook and Instagram, and we invite you to do the same. You can use AmeriCorps' toolkit for post templates, customizable messages and ideas for engaging the public and elected leaders.
Members, join thousands of current members and alums across the country on Day of the A - March 16 - in celebrating your shared service experience. Don your AmeriCorps gear, snap a photo and share on social media! Tag us using #WashingtonServiceCorps and @WashingtonService.
Site staff, ICYMI: We posted our 2023-24 Request for Applications on February 13 - and you may be eligible for a discounted program fee if you refer an organization that is ultimately awarded, and you're selected through WSC's referral raffle! Learn more here, and help us spread the word about AmeriCorps! Our next Q&A session will be at 11am on March 8.

Reminder - second quarter project reports and member stories of service are due by the 15th. Thank you!
On our César Chávez Day of Service, we'll be hosting a Lunch & Learn via Zoom. Juan Martinez will be presenting about the work that ESD's Wagner-Peyser/Migrant Seasonal Farmworker Program is doing around providing outreach & services to farmworkers. Click here to join us at noon on March 31.
Mark your calendar and start planning! Earth Day is April 22, and is one of WSC's special Days of Service this year. Look for more info coming soon. If you'll be hosting a service project, let us know about it and we'll share it out!
