CareConnect Washington (CCWA) Support for people with COVID-19 sent on behalf of Christina Marneris

Good afternoon,

 

CareConnect Washington (CCWA) supports people who are actively quarantining or isolating due to COVID-19. Sponsored by the Department of Health and Southwest Washington Accountable Community of Health, CCWA provides groceries and supplies, and possible financial support so individuals can stay home to slow the spread of the virus. Community members can qualify for the program in three steps: 1. Get tested for COVID-19. 2. Stay home. 3. Call the Department of Health for assistance at 1-800-525-0127 then press #. Language assistance is available.
