Fill your boots!

Members, recruitment for next program year is underway - and YOU are your site's best recruiter!

Each year, we ask enrollees how they learned of AmeriCorps, and the overwhelming majority of them say from a current or former member.

Please spread the word among your friends and family, and ask them to share and consider applying.

We're adding new position listings on our website every week!

On track?

For many members, the service term is starting to wind down -- are you on track to complete your minimum service hours in time? Use our tracking chart to see where you should be.

If you need to catch up and need ideas for additional hours, contact your WSC Coordinator.

From Pullman to the Coast, WSC members and staff celebrated Earth Day with a Day of Service alongside community volunteers.

Check out this photo of WSC member Mia Somenek cleaning the roof of the resource center at Otto Preserve - one of the lands managed by the Lummi Island Heritage Trust. WSC Coordinator, Becca Vigoren, shared about the event, “We had volunteers weeding the gardens, restoring trails, cleaning the inside and outside of the resource center, and trimming bushes for the sightline of the entrance to and from the resource center. It was a great day!”

And with friends and family in tow, WSC Outreach Manager, Ariel Kay, spent the day at a beach clean-up along the Washington coast hosted by the Surfrider Foundation and Washington State Parks - during which, someone collected an entire car bumper!
