WIN 0114 Change 4 and WIN 0115 Change 4 communicate an additional question and answer to section A of the FAQ, regarding the requirement of these DWG-granted programs to sign MOU/IFA and to contribute to the infrastructure costs of the one-stop system based on federal terms and conditions of these grants and recent guidance from Department of Labor (DOL). Additionally, this change communicates an extension of the expiration dates of the WINs.
