The Customer Services and Safety Coordinator plays a pivotal role in re-opening the WorkSource Centers and helping unemployed residents get connected to skill building resources.

You are the principal day-to-day on-site customer care staff for the Center. Under
supervision of Center management, you coordinate the daily customer flow and
implement safety and cleaning protocols.

Typical tasks include:
• Manage customer access to Center resources, (capacity limits must be maintained)
• Screen all entrants according to safety protocols
• Clean and sanitize surfaces before and after customer use
• Monitor safety and security of Center operations

This is a temporary, non-permanent position is available at multiple locations; one position for WorkSource Lynnwood, and up to three positions for WorkSource Everett.
