Mandatory poster and notice now available!

Download the mandatory workplace poster and hang it in a place where your employees will see it. 

The employer notice to an employee who may be eligible for the benefit, or the "statement of employee rights," is also now available for download on the employer page of our website. If an employee has been out of work for seven consecutive days for reasons that could be covered by this program, you have five days to provide this notice to them.

We experience high call volumes during reporting periods and expect a bump in calls as benefits become available in January. Before calling, please consider reading our FAQs and getting more info on our website at www.paidleave.wa.gov/reporting.
