Welcome, new members!

A shout-out to members who just started service on October 1! We're excited to welcome you to our team of members and sites making a difference across Washington state.

Project success

A successful AmeriCorps project is defined by a number of items. Site staff and members, please get together and do an in-depth review of the following within the first 1-2 weeks of service:

- member position description form

- performance plan for the project

- the method by which project success is measured (oftentimes through a survey).
