No payroll? No report. You do not have to file a report for quarters where you had no hours worked or wages.

The employer reporting period for Quarter 3 is October 1-31, 2019. Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 reporting for Paid Family and Medical Leave will remain open through September. For more information about reporting, including instructions and video tutorials, visit our Reporting page.

The majority of reports from Quarters 1 and 2 have been successfully processed. There are some known system issues that have been resolved for most customers, but are causing challenges for some employers and employer agents (third-party administrators).
