Paid Family and Medical Leave Quarter 3 reporting opens Oct. 1


No payroll? No report. You do not have to file a report for quarters where you had no hours worked or wages.

The employer reporting period for Quarter 3 is October 1-31, 2019. Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 reporting for Paid Family and Medical Leave will remain open through September. For more information about reporting, including instructions and video tutorials, visit our Reporting page.

 

We're here to help

The majority of reports from Quarters 1 and 2 have been successfully processed. There are some known system issues that have been resolved for most customers, but are causing challenges for some employers and employer agents (third-party administrators). We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and apologize for the delay and frustration.

If you are an employer agent awaiting approval on POAs, please use limited access to file your report and submit a payment without a POA or before your POA has been reviewed. For instructions on linking a client, view our tutorial.
