Lake Burien Transitional Care Facility Referral and Application Ongoing Monthly Presentations
The Lake Burien Transitional Care Facility is a new therapeutic center offering specialized treatment for youth ages 13 to 17 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and co-occurring disorders.
We are hosting presentations for DDA staff and community partners to share information about how to submit a referral and an application outlined in policy 18.01 Youth Transitional Care Facility Referral and Application Process.
Ongoing presentations will be offered the fourth Tuesday of each month and the third Wednesday of each month. Tuesday presentations will be at 2 p.m. and Wednesday's presentations will be at 9 a.m. each month. You do not need to register for these presentations.
