Lake Burien Transitional Care Facility Referral and Application Presentation
The Lake Burien Transitional Care Facility is a new therapeutic center offering specialized treatment for youth ages 13 to 17 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and co-occurring disorders.
We are hosting presentations for DDA staff and community partners to explain how to submit a referral and an application.
Our administration will present every Tuesday and Wednesday until August 28. The first presentation will be on July 30 at 2 p.m.
