Seeking Washington State Residents with Co-occurring Support Needs
The National Leadership Consortium, in partnership with the Washington State Developmental Disabilities Council, is conducting a statewide survey and interviews in our state. They will be investigating the practices, needs and experiences of people with co-occurring developmental disabilities and mental and/or behavioral health support needs and hopes to hear from people with lived experience. Washington residents with co-occurring support needs and/or their caregivers can participate in the survey and the interview.
This project seeks participants who are:
- Adults living in Washington state with a developmental disability and mental/behavioral health support needs.
- Caregivers of people living in Washington state with developmental disabilities and mental/behavioral health support needs.
The survey will be open for responses until August 9.

Interviews
Interviews will also be conducted between July 15 and August 9 to understand user perspectives about services in Washington. Please click this link to answer a few questions and see if you qualify for an interview.
To thank participants for their time, each participant will receive a $20 Virtual Amazon gift card after the interview.
